We are happy to take a phone order with your Mastercard, VISA, Discover or American Express. CALL (320) 485-4825. Please call Monday Saturday 9 a.m. 8 p.m. Central Standard Time. We may not always be able to come to answer your call directly, but you may place your order on our answering machine anytime. Be sure to give complete information including name, address, measurements, color, size, credit card number, date of expiration, and your phone number. If we have any questions, we'll call you.

Color Choice: If you will accept a second color choice in order to speed delivery of your order, please indicate that choice on your order form.
Shipping and Handling:
All items except sleds, carts and rigs are shipped U.S. Postal Service
Priority Mail.
In the U.S.:
Orders totaling $15.00 or less, please add $5.50 for shipping and handling;
for orders from $15.00 to $30.00, please add $6.50; for orders from $30.00
to $65.00, please add $9.50; for orders over $65.00, please add 15% for shipping
costs. Please note that some
items require additional shipping charges due to their weight or size. Often
larger orders may not require a full 15% shipping and handling charge,
in which case we will adjust the
amount.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Overseas orders:
Packages to these addresses will be shipped by air mail. Payment by
credit card is the easiest method for us to charge you actual costs.

Exchanges and Returns:
If you are not sure about the fit of a harness or how a product is used, please
call us. We'll be glad to help you and make an exchange if necessary. Please
remember that all exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of the
invoice date. All returned items must be in new, unused condition. Please
use a damp cloth to remove any dirt and vacuum harnesses to remove dog hair.
Carefully package items and be sure to include your invoice. Items
returned worn, dirty or damaged will not be accepted or returned.
Size exchange: If exchanging for a new size, there is no additional
shipping charge. Indicate the size you wish in exchange on your invoice.
Exchange for a New Product: If returning a product in exchange for
a new product, complete an order form, including shipping, and then subtract
the value of the returned item.
Exchanges to an address outside of the U.S. require payment of additional
shipping charge.

If you're not sure what to select for a
friend, send them a Black Ice gift certificate.
Gift certificates are available in any denomination and can be used for
any product in our catalogue.
You can also prepay for an item and its shipping and let them select the
color or size.
Gift certificates make great prizes or raffle items.
Gift certificates are shipped by First Class mail. Add $5.50 for
Priority mail service.
