This model is great for anyone who is looking for an affordable first sled.
The excellent craftsmanship makes this beautiful sled an outstanding value. The
Trail Runner is made of select white ash and comes complete with bridle, single
claw brake, a full 42" bed and 1½" runners with UHMW poly bases. The
Trail Runner is a bolted two stanchion sled, tied at the brush bow and handle
joints for added flexibility. Sleds are finished with exterior polyurethane.
This sled will provide many years of durable service. We highly recommend this
sled for those who are ready for their first mushing experience
(36"H x 18"W x 7'8"L) Approximately 30 lbs.

UHMW Runner Bases
Runner bases are cut to the following dimensions and are ready to be
drilled to attach to your sled. They are made of ¼" thick UHMW plastic
which is approximately 6 times more durable than regular high density plastics.

QCR™ Runner Bases
XH
The fastest but also the softest runner base. Because XH does scratch
easily, it is best used for good trail conditions or racing.

UH4000
This UHMW plastic is the most durable runner base. It is the best material
for training with good racing performance in moderate temperatures. It is
waxable.

Hinesley Deluxe Foot Pads SR20 $32.00 per pair
These 2"(W) X 18"(L) molded rubber foot pads are covered with 65, 5/16" knobs
that provide excellent traction and comfort. The tapered ends and the molded
design also make these the most attractive foot pads that we've ever found.
Four molded holes allow for easy screw-on attachment to any sled.
